Organization: Guiding Principles

The Outdoor Learning Gardens (OLG) Committee

The Outdoor Learning Gardens Committee meets monthly. Watch for the meeting announcement in the FYI and on the OLG bulletin board. New committee members are welcomed.

Here are possible roles to fill on the OLG Committee:

  • Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Garden Rep coordinator
  • Garden Stewards—oversight for each garden

Additional roles: curriculum, grant writers, fundraisers, Chinook book sales, cooking coordinator, OLG librarian, garden rep mentors, bulletin board oversight, website, teacher/staff liason.
